Talking Tech: Who Bears Responsibility for Child Safety Online?

This event has concluded.
Recording of Livestream
This important discussion will cut through the tech talking points and bring the various perspectives on child safety in apps and AI to the same table to engage with each other, rather than talk past each other. We will highlight a new Sutherland/Y2 Analytics survey about Utah voters’ opinions on AI and explore with leading thinkers and community leaders the possibilities for a policy-sound, politically-sustainable framework for child safety in technology use, in which every stakeholder – parents, government, and tech companies – bears their proper responsibility for protecting the safety and childhood of kids.
